Bratislava has so many amazing coffee houses to discover and sip great coffee at. I have put together a few of my own personal favourites. So go check them out!
Urban House

One of the first hipster coffee spots to pop up in the capital, Urban House has a massive following of coffee addicts. The interiors of the café are one of the best ones in town, providing comfortable couches, a coworking table, and many nice spots to hang out with many friends, or just have a private coffee date. You can also enjoy great food here, so definitely make sure you stop by when you are in Bratislava.
Five Points

Another great spot where many people come to get their coffee or breakfast fix, is the Five Points café. Located right in the historical center of the city, it offers delicious food, cakes, and speciality coffees. You can try anything from Chemex to Arabic coffee, and everything will be prepared with the utmost care. This is also the place where most instagram shots of Bratislava breakfasts come from, so don’t forget to take some pics while you are there.
Mondieu

If you are looking for some old school French tradition, head straight to Mondieu. The wonderfully cute café is designed to remind customers of a proper French coffee break. You can order fresh pancakes, croissants, or even icecream here, but you definitely should try all their coffee specialities. They range from anything such as the classic Viennesse, all the way to alcoholic ones, and if you go in summer, you can try their ice varieties.
Foxford

Located on two floors of one of the most famous bookstores in Bratislava, Foxford is a big name on the coffee house scene. It’s a classic meeting place, with a seasonal menu of food, cocktails, and warm drinks. The best part is, you can take any book into the café with you, so it’s perfect for cold winter days when all you want to do is curl up with a nice coffee and a good book. There is even a piano on the bottom floor, inviting everyone to be brave and play something if they want.
